We offer two specialized storage environments to support different asset types:

Ambient Storage for standard IT and business equipment.

Air-Conditioned Storage, maintained between 22°C and 25°C with

continuous temperature monitoring and logging, ensuring optimal

conditions for temperature-sensitive assets.

Our dedicated caged staging facility provides a secure, access-controlled environment for IT asset preparation before deployment.

Designed to support enterprise rollouts, data centre migrations, and large-scale infrastructure projects, the facility enables equipment to be fully configured, tested, and validated prior to delivery.

Services performed within the staging area include:

  • IT Asset Burn-In Testing to identify potential hardware issues before production deployment.

  • System Configuration & Imaging, including BIOS configuration, operating system deployment, firmware updates, and software installation.

  • Rack Integration & Pre-Assembly, allowing servers, storage, and networking equipment to be integrated and tested before arriving on-site.

  • Functional Testing & Quality Assurance to verify system performance, connectivity, and configuration accuracy.

  • Asset Labelling & Documentation to ensure complete inventory traceability and deployment readiness.

facial recognition access control, and a comprehensive security access

management system, ensuring only authorised personnel can access stored

assets.

Our warehouse is GDP (Good Distribution Practice) Certified,

servers, networking equipment, and other mission-critical

assets that require strict environmental and quality controls.
